Smart Integrated PV-ESS-Charging Station: Generate, Store, Charge & Manage All in One

2026-01-23

Zhuhai, China, January 23, 2026 – Inhenergy recently commissioned a smart energy station that integrates solar generation, energy storage, and electric vehicle charging at its manufacturing base. The station‘s operation marks a solid step forward for Inhenergy in the integrated green energy sector and robustly demonstrates the capabilities of its smart energy management solution, centered around the 12kW hybrid inverter.

The Inhenergy 12kW hybrid inverter(HI-12K-SL) is the heart of the system. It efficiently converts DC power from the PV panels into usable AC power, and ensures high performance and reliability through multiple advantages:

  • Broad Compatibility & High Reliability: Equipped with a GEN port for compatibility with diesel generators, smart loads, and AC coupling, its IP66 rating guarantees stable, year-round operation even in harsh outdoor environments.

  • Superior Performance & High Yield: Supporting PV array input up to 160% of the rated power, combined with a low startup voltage and wide operating voltage range, it maximizes solar energy harvest and generation efficiency.

  • Flexible Storage Configuration: Compatible with both lead-acid and various brands of lithium-ion batteries, it offers users highly adaptable energy storage options and features integrated smart zero-export functionality.

The system is configured with two sets of high-capacity 280Ah batteries that store excess solar energy generated during the day. This enables “load shifting,” ensuring a continuous and uninterrupted power supply at night or during cloudy weather.

The charging area offers two options: a 7kW EV charger and a 2.2kW e-scooter charging socket. With this setup, an electric vehicle can gain approximately 3.5 kWh in 30 minutes, while an e-scooter can gain about 1.1 kWh. Users can easily initiate a charging session by scanning a QR code.

All energy flows and operational data of the system are monitored and intelligently managed in real-time via the INHE Cloud Platform, providing clear visibility into solar production, consumption, battery status, and system performance. It is estimated that the station will generate approximately 6.6 MWh of clean electricity annually, helping to reduce COemissions by about 3.5 tonnes.
